Members are responsible for the security of User ID and passwords. It is recommended that you do not disclose your password.

returning to the website. This information is to provide a customized experience when using the site as well as monitor personal
information regarding your video playback including tracking data and ongoing maintenance of data. Further use of information includes
monitoring of promotional activities and submissions by members and guests.
vidEstream™ will not use your email address or any personally identifiable information to send promotional or marketing messages
without your consent.

Without your expressed consent, vidEstream™ will in no way share your personal information with any other organisations for marketing
or promotional use.
vidEstream™ reserves the right to disclose User information if it is deemed fraudulent, targeted toward children, to protect against
liability, to assist in lawful agencies, protect the security of vidEstream™ networks, as well as to protect the security and property
of vidEstream™ members and guests.
In order to improve the sites functions and services, vidEstream™ may disclose user information to affiliated companies or businesses.

the security and confidentiality of vidEstream™ members and guests.
Members and guests have the right to decline from using the vidEstream™ site and services and may at any time delete their information
by visiting "My Information" within the site. In doing this, a member will not be able to continue uploading videos or streaming video
media through the vidEstream™ network and all links associated with their account will be discontinued.
In the Event of Merger or Sale
If vidEstream™ is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have
collected from Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
